1. Acceptance of Terms

4.2 Currency. All accounts are maintained in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) as the base currency. Deposits made in other currencies may be subject to conversion at the prevailing rate at the time of transaction.

5. Sports Betting Rules

5.2 Odds. Odds displayed on pkr398 are subject to change up until the point a bet is confirmed. The odds at the time of confirmation are the odds that apply to the bet. pkr398 reserves the right to correct obvious pricing errors; bets placed at clearly erroneous odds may be voided.

5.3 Void Bets. pkr398 may void bets in circumstances including but not limited to: event cancellation, obvious odds errors, evidence of match manipulation, or technical error during bet placement. In the event of a void, the stake is returned to the player's pkr398 balance.

5.4 Maximum Stakes and Winnings. Maximum bet limits and maximum payout caps apply per event and per market. These are displayed within the betting interface. pkr398 reserves the right to limit stakes for individual players without explanation.

6. Casino Games

6.1 Game Integrity. All random number generator ("RNG") casino games available on pkr398 use certified RNG software audited by independent testing laboratories.
